What is (Bill of Lading)?

A document issued by the carrier, which is a transport contract between the exporter and the carrier, showing the port of shipment, port of arrival, means of transportation, freight and how to pay it. The bill of lading is a confirmation by the carrier that the goods have been received in the holds of the ship and aircraft, and it is a contract of ownership for the issuer to which the bill describes the goods and the destination to which it is intended.

What is a Certificate of Origin?

It is a certificate issued by the Chamber of Commerce in the country of the exporter indicating the place of manufacture or production of the goods to be exported. It is used to control the leakage of economically boycotted or prohibited goods.

How is the floor calculated?

1- If the declaration is printed within 48 hours from the arrival of the ship, the floors shall be exempted as long as the consignment is under the customs procedure.

2- In the case of printing the statement 48 hours after the arrival of the ship (whatever the reason), the floors shall be calculated after seven days from the arrival of the ship.
